V- belt pulley of different varieties ( in accordance to kind and width of belts). The materials utilized is cast iron EN-GJL-250 UNI EN 1561, and for only a few types it is steel C45 E UNI EN 10083-1. They have a little prebore that can be machined in accordance to customers’ needs. Additionally the most frequent kinds are available also with taperlock bore.

TB 1610-twenty five Taper Bushings are normal tapered bushings used to lock pulleys, wheels, couplings and other elements on travel shafts. Bushings have tapered outer surfaces and cylindrical bores with H7 tolerances, including common keyways. Once secured, the assembly is ready to transmit torque while ensuring that it is not influenced by axial displacement.
Set up 1.1. Clear all oil, dust and paint from shafts, bushing holes, bushing exterior and holes of elements (sprockets, pulleys, and many others.). Insert the bushing into the assembly. 3. Match the sample of holes, not threaded holes (each hole is threaded on one aspect only). Insert the socket head cap screws or screws into the fifty percent-threaded holes proven in the graphic beneath. Set up the assembly on the shaft. 4. Transform the torque location or cover screw* to the suggested torque location in the diagram beneath. Fill any unfilled holes with grease.
