1. Pneumatic control method is controlled by PLC instruction . A bi-directional air cylinder make the ram up or down , in situation thatoverload takes place in the mixing chamber ,the prime ram can be lifted immediately or manually if necessary , so as to safeguard motor from overload
2.Tilting mechanism is composed of brake motor , cycloidal equipment reducer , TP kind worm and worm equipment etc . It is ready to actuate the mixing chamber to tilte by a hundred and forty about the front rotor
3.rotor shaft wing body leading and wing corner are welded up with wear resistant alloy . rotor shaft surface ,the mixing chamber inner wall , higher ram surface area and other surface linked with inventory are hardened or polished and plated with difficult chrome , or welded up use resistant alloy welding , so they are put on resistant and corrosion resistant
