V- belt pulley of diverse varieties ( according to kind and width of belts). The substance employed is cast iron EN-GJL-250 UNI EN 1561, and for only a couple of varieties it is steel C45 E UNI EN 10083-1. They have a tiny prebore that can be machined  in accordance to  customers’ requirements. Additionally the most typical kinds are offered also with taperlock bore.

   European standards : 

    a) V-belt pulley for taper bushing: SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC, up to 10 grooves   

    b) Adjustable speed V-belt pulleys and variable speed pulleys              

    c) Flat belt pulleys and conveyor belt pulleys

    a) Sheaves for taper bushing: 3V, 5V, 8V     

    b) Sheaves for QD bushings: 3V, 5V, 8V    

    c) Sheaves for split taper bushing: 3V, 5V, 8V    

    d) Sheaves for 3L, 4L or A, and 5L or B belts: AK, AKH,2AK, 2AKH, BK,  BKH,2BK, 2BKH, 3BK    

    e) Adjustable sheaves: poly V-pulley, multi-pitch H, L, J, K and M

Put in 1.1. Cleanse all oil, dust and paint from shafts, bushing holes, bushing exterior and holes of components (sprockets, pulleys, and so on.). Insert the bushing into the assembly. 3. Match the sample of holes, not threaded holes (every gap is threaded on one particular side only). Insert the socket head cap screws or screws into the fifty percent-threaded holes proven in the picture under. Set up the assembly on the shaft. 4. Transform the torque setting or include screw* to the recommended torque location in the diagram underneath. Fill any unfilled holes with grease.
