V- belt pulley

V- belt pulley of distinct sorts ( in accordance to type and width of belts). The substance employed is solid iron EN-GJL-250 UNI EN 1561, and for only a number of sorts it is steel C45 E UNI EN 10083-1. They have a tiny prebore that can be machined  according to  customers’ demands. Additionally the most frequent varieties are obtainable also with taperlock bore.

   European standards :

    b) Adjustable speed V-belt pulleys and variable speed pulleys              

    c) Flat belt pulleys and conveyor belt pulleys

    a) Sheaves for taper bushing: 3V, 5V, 8V     

    b) Sheaves for QD bushings: 3V, 5V, 8V    

    c) Sheaves for split taper bushing: 3V, 5V, 8V    

    d) Sheaves for 3L, 4L or A, and 5L or B belts: AK, AKH,2AK, 2AKH, BK,  BKH,2BK, 2BKH, 3BK

Install 1.1. Cleanse all oil, dust and paint from shafts, bushing holes, bushing exterior and holes of elements (sprockets, pulleys, and many others.). Insert the bushing into the assembly. 3. Match the sample of holes, not threaded holes (every single gap is threaded on one particular facet only). Insert the socket head cap screws or screws into the 50 %-threaded holes demonstrated in the graphic beneath. Install the assembly on the shaft. 4. Convert the torque placing or protect screw* to the suggested torque location in the diagram underneath. Fill any unfilled holes with grease.
