TB 1610-twenty five Taper Bushings are normal tapered bushings employed to lock pulleys, wheels, couplings and other parts on push shafts. Bushings have tapered outer surfaces and cylindrical bores with H7 tolerances, such as normal keyways. After secured, the assembly is capable to transmit torque whilst ensuring that it is not influenced by axial displacement.
Set up 1.1. Clear all oil, filth and paint from shafts, bushing holes, bushing exterior and holes of factors (sprockets, pulleys, and so on.). Insert the bushing into the assembly. 3. Match the sample of holes, not threaded holes (each hole is threaded on 1 side only). Insert the socket head cap screws or screws into the fifty percent-threaded holes shown in the graphic beneath. Install the assembly on the shaft. 4. Change the torque location or protect screw* to the advisable torque location in the diagram below. Fill any unfilled holes with grease.
